My knees are not aging gracefully.

I have been experiencing knee pain for a while now, so I thought nothing of it till a few weeks ago when I was unable to get myself up from squatting down to get something.

That was it, doctors’ appointments, specialist then of course (as if I have the time) therapy.

This brings me to today, first day of therapy; that went as little like this:

Therapist: We will have to sonogram, massage (BEST PART), exercise, and ice; send electros to relax the muscle and that was the good news.

Bad news: No quick fix, this will require a lifestyle change.

GREAT!

Next on my “to do” list:

  • Lifestyle change
